Me resting on a stick that acts like a third leg, enabling me to immerse myself fully in and reflect upon the wide-angle panorama: as a leadership developer in owner-managed organizations, this position and perspective helps me when I think I just can’t make any progress. Your most important values?
Self-responsiblity, autonomy, nature and love
Just woken up – what next?
Short pause for thought, the 5 Tibetan Rites and a latte on the terrace
How does change succeed?
Always by asking the question “what happens if nothing happens?”, creating a (where possible) attractive vision and taking the first active step. Then pausing briefly for thought before quickly taking the next step.
