I've always been interested in what's really going on underneath: why do people react the way they do... when they, say, hit the roof? Zooming out, spotting patterns, and asking myself why things happen the way they happen — what we can shape, and what's beyond our control. Looking for answers took me from hard economic questions through psychology to systemic thinking, which for me ties a lot of things together. And that's why you'll find me here today.
When do you hit the roof?
When there's a spider on the floor...
You're a bottle of red wine. Where do you want to be opened?
In the Norwegian fjords.
Oh, a power outage — now what?
Is the mobile network still up? If not — off into nature.
"Timo combines pragmatism, enthusiasm, speed, initiative and helpfulness in a remarkably effortless way. At the same time, he always makes sure that the customer's perspective stays at the center of our thinking.
What makes him stand out even more is that, alongside all these strengths, he also brings the readiness to stay alert to potential overreach." — Henning Keber
