The attractions of Paris are obvious: the Eifel Tower, the Louvre, the Sacré-Coeur – to …name but a few. However, these well-known tourist destinations are not all that draw me to Paris. What particularly excites me here is “what lies between”, the less “obvious” and “tangible”. The same is true for companies: the things in between and their impact, such as interpersonal communication, organizational culture, psychological safety – that’s what fascinates me.
Another way to say “leave me alone, I’ve finished work for the day”:
“When I finish work, I eat an apple. Do you want an apple, too”?
Your favorite day trip destination where you are from:
The wooden bridge near Pontresina with the gushing glacier river and the view toward Val Roseg.
You are a bottle of wine. Where do you want to be opened?
At the wooden bridge, of course!
